1. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all furniture orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During this time, we verify the order details and prepare the item for pickup by the carrier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, which will include your tracking number.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Timeframes: Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe for orders within the contiguous United States is 3-4 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on the size of the furniture item, the delivery location, and the carrier’s schedule.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the contiguous United States.
4. Shipping Carriers
Our Carriers: We partner with reliable and experienced carriers specializing in furniture delivery, such as UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight services. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and fragility of your furniture item, as well as your delivery location.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
6. Address Accuracy
Ensure Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. Shymofy is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply if an address correction is required after the item has shipped.
7. Order Tracking
Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
8. Shipping Issues and Damage
If your furniture arrives damaged, or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately.
