Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order? A: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +1 (714) 774-0776 or support@shymofy.com. Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order enters the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all furniture orders within the contiguous United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 3-4 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details on processing and delivery times.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Q: What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged? A: Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at +1 (714) 774-0776 or support@shymofy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for all eligibility requirements and instructions.
Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned? A: Yes. Non-returnable items include those marked as “Final Sale,” customized items, and items that have been assembled or used. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
